The Cabana Bay Resort in Orlando, Florida opened with 1800 hotel rooms in the heart of Universal. On site facilities include a brand new chiller plant and cooling tower yard, luxury suites, and a bowling alley within 1,300,000 square feet of project site.
BSC Inc. acted as MEPF & Life Safety coordinators for Balfour Beatty Construction providing on-site review of installation, coordination between contractors, and testing/commissioning of systems prior to completion.
