When completed in 2016, the Sapphire Falls Resort at Universal in Orlando, Florida opened a brand new 12 building complex that spanned over 980,000 square feet including 1,000 rooms and 83 suites.
BSC Inc. acted as MEPF & Life Safety coordinators for Balfour Beatty Construction providing on-site review of installation, coordination between contractors, and testing/commissioning of systems prior to completion.
