Paul is BSC’s LEED program specialist. Paul is experienced with on site project management and project engineering. Paul provides a critical ability to understand all construction documentation and ensure that the end user of all systems receives what was originally intended. Proficient at document review, requests for information, architectural supplemental information and other means for document change, Paul maintains a jobs documentation status up to date and provides the detailed information necessary to drive system coordination, meet scheduled deadlines and track systems from submittal process to final testing. Paul provides pinpoint LEED oversight to ensure that the project attains all accreditation and that the proper documentation is procured, maintained and turned over
