James Manley

James brings years of experience with onsite startup and commissioning of equipment and systems for all types of facilities.  James has commissioned facilities such as office buildings, hospitals, resort hotels, convention centers and pharmaceutical manufacturing locations.  James holds the skills necessary to ensure that the facility owner and end user receive the equipment, installation, start up and the functionality that was required and that meets the engineer’s intent.  Through detailed processes and maintaining equipment and system pre-functional and functional checklists and testing forms, James is able to bring any item that is not per specification to the light and correct it through coordination and communication with personnel on all levels of a job site.  James in a critical member of the team by providing detail oriented processes to all equipment and systems from equipment delivery, installation, start up, functional performance and turnover to the owner.
