Completed in 2014, the Dr. Phillips Performing Arts Center is a 369,000 square foot theater & entertainment complex in the heart of downtown Orlando, Florida. The facility comprises of a 2,800 seat Broadway Theater and 300 seat Community Theater. The center also contains a 300 person banquet hall and multiple sponsor rooms.
BSC Inc. acted as MEPF & Life Safety coordinators for Balfour Beatty Construction providing on-site review of installation, coordination between contractors, and testing/commissioning of systems prior to completion.
