Completed in 2012, the Valencia College expanded their campus with the construction of a 147,000 square foot library, classroom and science laboratory building in Kissimmee, Florida. This 4-story building features an atrium with Smoke Control system and lab-hood exhaust system for the scientific classrooms.
BSC Inc. acted as the Life Safety Coordinators for Valencia College providing on-site review of installation, coordination between contractors, and testing/commissioning of systems prior to completion.
